Over all a good game, but needs improvement

I really enjoy playing that game, the problem is that it is painfully glitchy, it crashes all the timeand sometimes when it crashes in the middle of you doing something you lose everything you put into it (coins, diamonds, energy...) And dont get anything in return.
Also, when you contact customer support they take forever to get back to you and still dont do anything about it (giving diamonds back for instance)

Over all a good game that I enjoy playing, but it the glitches were fixed it would be a whole lot better.
